Job Summary

As a remote customer service associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their families. You'll work closely with our team to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide support in a timely and professional manner. This is a full-time, remote position that offers a competitive hourly rate, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth and development.

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families via phone, email, and chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with our team to provide support and guidance to clients and their families
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
  • Reliable internet connection and computer equipment (see technical requirements below)

Technical Equipment Requirements

* Wired connection to the local router or modem is required for connectivity

  • Laptop or desktop computer with Windows 11, at least 8GB of RAM, and a CPU speed of 1.67 GHz or higher
  • USB headset
  • Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps download
  • Dedicated workspace free from distractions

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual or multilingual skills (Spanish or Creole)

  • Experience working in a healthcare or social services environment
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate: $17/hour for English-speaking candidates, $18/hour for bilingual candidates (Spanish or Creole)

  • Flexible scheduling: 40-hour work week with opportunities for overtime
