The role requires candidates to handle various types of litigation and provides opportunities for professional development in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Handling Employment, Environmental, Toxic Tort, Product, Commercial, General Liability, Construction, Healthcare, Professional Liability, and Insurance Defense cases
- Managing assignments with minimal supervision
- Participating in trial experiences, including appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials
Skills
- Minimum of at least one year experience in civil litigation
- Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills
- Possess strong academic backgrounds and proven skills in research
- Must be a self-starter who is able to handle assignments with minimal supervision
- Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Washington
- Trial experience
- Oregon license is a plus
