[Remote] Software QA Engineer - AI
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. P-1 AI is building an engineering AGI with the goal of revolutionizing the built world through artificial intelligence. The Software QA Engineer will own the testing and evaluation systems for their product, Archie, ensuring it meets real-world engineering skill expectations and evolves effectively.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and operate the evals that benchmark Archie against real-world engineering skill expectations
- Ensure it is learning the right things
- Prevent regressions as the system evolves
- Work closely with AI researchers, software engineers, domain experts, and industrial partners to translate engineering judgment into scalable, automated evaluation frameworks
