DeZURIK, through its trusted brand Red Valve, is seeking an Order Administrator to ensure accuracy and efficiency in customer order processing. The role involves collaborating with sales and engineering teams to validate and process orders while maintaining compliance and resolving inquiries across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Verifying pricing, discounts, commissions, and tax rates
  • Ensuring product configurations are correct
  • Collaborating across multiple departments to resolve questions
  • Maintaining compliance
  • Keeping orders moving through our electronic workflow system

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
