Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with completing and signing their life insurance applications over the phone, with scheduling their insurance exam and helping them with billing questions
  • Respond to emails and requests for information regarding Zander’s Identify Theft Protection by taking inbound and making outbound calls
  • Apply sales methodologies and problem-solving strategies to best position Zander products and services while providing long-term, individualized solutions to customers
