Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team at our Carlisle, PA distribution center. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes, which are essential to our business operations. This is a 3rd shift position, working Sunday through Thursday from 11pm to 7am, with the opportunity to train on 1st shift for the first month.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:

• Inputting time and production data into the Blue Chip computer system to create production performance and incentive dollar calculations for all DC associates and Management (65% of time)
• Generating and distributing production and incentive dollar reporting to DC Management and Payroll (15% of time)
• Analyzing system output and troubleshooting erroneous data (10% of time)
• Filing paperwork in accordance with established procedures and rotating files periodically for storage (5% of time)
• Completing other projects as assigned (5% of time)

Essential Functions and Competencies

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

• Technical/Functional Competence: Proficiency in data entry software and systems, including Blue Chip
• Drives Results: Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
• Analysis & Judgment: Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot errors and resolve issues
• Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Quality: Commitment to delivering high-quality work and maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Qualifications and Special Skills Required

To be considered for this role, you'll need to have:

• Previous clerical/administrative experience
• 10-key experience (fast and accurate)
• Good math skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Must be able to lift and move boxes up to 25 lbs
• Good interpersonal skills

Salary and Location

The salary for this position is $17 per hour, with an additional $3 per hour shift differential for 3rd shift. The location for this position is Carlisle, PA.
