Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree not necessary * 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively * Proficient in computer use and navigating various software platforms
