Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Mortgage Division team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for assisting in processing weekly sales, sending out welcome packages, and performing various other related clerical duties associated with sales. If you're a self-starter with excellent organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities and Duties

As an Administrative Assistant in our Mortgage Division, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting our sales team and contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in processing weekly sales, including data entry, reporting, and analysis
  • Sending out welcome packages and other related materials to clients
  • Performing various other related clerical duties associated with sales, such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Providing exceptional client service and support
  • Collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Staying organized and managing multiple priorities and deadlines

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year of office experience, preferably in a sales or mortgage-related environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a mortgage or sales-related environment
  • Knowledge of mortgage industry software and systems
  • Certification in Microsoft Office or other relevant software applications
