Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative (REMOTE) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing large amounts of incoming phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
  • Meeting personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Taking the extra mile to engage customers and provide exceptional service experiences

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative (REMOTE) at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • A track record of over-achieving quota and meeting sales targets
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma
