The Opportunity
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, resolving customer complaints, and providing personalized support to our valued customers. You will work from the comfort of your own home, utilizing our cutting-edge technology to stay connected with our customers and colleagues. Your primary focus will be on problem-solving, de-escalating unique situations, and sustaining a high-paced call volume while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Compensation and Benefits
• Competitive starting rate: $15.00 per hour, with automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years.

System Requirements
To ensure that you can provide a great experience for our customers, you'll need to maintain the necessary system requirements. These include:
- Self-provided computer or laptop: Running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years.
- Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications: You'll need to provide a headset that meets our technical requirements.
- High-speed internet connection: You'll need to have a high-speed internet connection, with satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services not permitted.
Training Schedule
Your arenaflex career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up. After that, you'll begin orientation and training on Monday for six weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET. Your training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ.
