Responsibilities of the Experienced Retail Customer Care Representative As an Experienced Retail Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers through exceptional customer service and sales skills * Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products or services that meet those needs * Generating retail sales by leveraging your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the arenaflex network * Learning and uncovering customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions * Positioning product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution * Closing sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions * Continuously developing yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in operational functions across merchandising and inventory * Refining your sales skills through outbound calls to current arenaflex customers interested in our products and services Benefits of Working at arenaflex At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports your career and personal objectives.
