Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Customer Experience Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to live chat messages on business websites or social media accounts, providing timely and accurate support to customers
  • Answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and provide unique solutions
  • Collaborating with the Marketing and Operations teams to develop and implement effective customer experience strategies
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and writing skills
  • Working independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
