Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative on our National Campaigns Unit, you'll play a critical role in providing shareholder communications for public companies on behalf of internal clients. You'll be responsible for handling inbound, outbound, and email responses, navigating contested proxy meetings, and ensuring that our clients' messages are effectively communicated to their stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound, outbound, and email responses for shareholder communications, including contested proxy meetings

  • Provide clear and concise information to stakeholders, ensuring that our clients' messages are effectively communicated
  • Navigate complex situations, including contested proxy meetings, and provide solutions to resolve issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of campaigns
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED required

  • 6 months+ years of customer service, data entry, or related experience
  • Good speaking voice and ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a call center or customer-facing role

  • Familiarity with shareholder communications or proxy voting processes
  • Strong knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and spelling
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite

Equipment Requirements

* MacBook (not preferred, but must be a current operating system) or Windows (10 or 11)

  • Headsets – USB headsets (no wireless) required
  • Dual monitors will be beneficial, but not required
  • Internet Speed: 50 download/ 10 upload

Compensation and Perks

  • Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
