Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote capacity. As the first point of contact for our customers, including advisors, clients, and relationship partners, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service, resolving issues, and providing support for service requests, procedures, and account information. Your primary objective will be to ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries, while maintaining a results-driven approach and a growth mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate directly with customers to research questions, open issue resolution cases, and resolve higher-level problems over the phone
  • Ensure that all relevant information is gathered and entered to facilitate prompt resolution
  • Develop an understanding of procedures to educate clients and advisors on newly enacted services and facilitate efficient self-service
  • Troubleshoot simple usability issues raised by customers and refer more complex issues to appropriate service partners
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor
  • Collaborate with coaches and other team members to process requests and achieve business objectives

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a hourly pay rate of $23.00 - $30.76, depending on the job level and geographic work location. We also offer a range of benefits, including comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and wellbeing benefits, a competitive 401(k) contribution, a pension plan, an annual incentive, 9 paid holidays, and a paid time off program. Additionally, we offer a student loan repayment program and paid-family leave to support our employees and their families.
