Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance our patient experience and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

* Ensure the accurate and efficient entry of patient data, prescriptions, and other relevant information into our systems

• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors, escalating issues to management as needed
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement process improvements that enhance patient experience and drive business growth
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and colleagues, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and teamwork

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, business, computer science)

• Current licensure as a pharmacist in the states within the region
• Experience performing data entry exercises that demonstrate a strong understanding of relevant state and federal regulations
• Affirmed Immunizer or able to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance

• Strong understanding of data entry software and systems, including electronic health records (EHRs) and pharmacy management systems (PMS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
