Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to join our Brazil operations team. As a Virtual Assistant, you'll provide live chat support to our customers, helping them with their queries and concerns. You'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide live chat support to customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Help customers with their account-related issues, such as password resets, account updates, and transaction inquiries
  • Assist customers with their travel-related queries, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars
  • Provide information on arenaflex products and services, including credit cards, charge cards, and travel-related services
  • Help customers with their billing and payment-related issues, including payment plans and disputes
  • Collaborate with our customer service team to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve our customer service processes and procedures
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Conversant in English and Brazilian Portuguese, both spoken and written

  • Managerial support experience in a large organization
  • Experience working with senior leaders and providing high-level support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Hierarchical skills, with the ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Salesforce)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, including credit cards, charge cards, and travel-related services
  • Experience working in a virtual or remote environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
