The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences through our chat support channel. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing product information and recommendations to customers
  • Processing orders and resolving shipping-related issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues

  • Independence: As a remote worker, you'll need to be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Thoroughness: You'll need to be meticulous in your work and ensure that all customer interactions are accurate and complete.

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)

  • Fluency in English (speech and writing)
  • Fast and accurate typing skills (at least 40 WPM)
  • Basic knowledge of the MS Office suite
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the e-commerce or retail industry

  • Knowledge of kitchen and bathroom cabinets and design principles
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
