Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist/Clerk, you'll work closely with our Manufacturing teams to understand and optimize production processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Processing production orders and creating labels for Quality Control (QC) samples and bulk materials
- Collaborating with inventory controllers to create Bin locations for purified and conjugated bulks and maintaining their accuracy
- Reviewing, verifying, and scanning/attaching batch records into our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
- Assisting the Inventory and Planning teams with resubmitting re-test samples
- Performing other duties as necessary, under the guidance of ISO requirements and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Essential Functions
* Assist in completing production orders and creating labels for QC samples and bulk materials
- Assist with batch records, including prefilling, reviewing, verification, and scanning/attaching
- Collaborate with inventory controllers to identify Bin locations and assist Planning teams with resubmitting re-test samples
- Perform job duties under ISO requirements, adhering to the "line of clearance" rule and following SOPs or work instructions
- Participate in other projects or responsibilities as required

Minimum Qualifications
* High school diploma plus 6 months of data entry experience
- Biotech Certificate or Associates degree in a science or related field
- Strong competency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior hands-on experience with Microsoft Navision System (NAV) or other ERP systems
- Some laboratory experience, which will help you understand the Manufacturing process
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and familiarity with any ERP system
