The Role

As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients and their customers via our online chat software. You'll be the face of our company, interacting with visitors on our clients' websites and providing timely, accurate, and professional assistance to resolve their queries and concerns.

Responsibilities

* Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns

  • Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate
  • Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately and efficiently
  • Promote interest in client products and services, highlighting their benefits and features
  • Continually portray and project a positive and professional image, reflecting arenaflex's values and brand
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service team, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as needed
  • May assist with overflow work and other duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

Key Skills and Qualifications

* Strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment

  • PC keyboarding and internet experience, with a high level of proficiency in using online chat software and other digital tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication, active listening, and conflict resolution
  • Upbeat, positive attitude and professional demeanor, with a strong ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role, with a high level of emotional intelligence and empathy
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to compose professional emails and other written communications
  • Basic technical skills, including the ability to navigate through smartphone and computer applications, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
