About the Role

We are seeking experienced Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Experts to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a Customer Service Expert at arenaflex, you will be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Expert at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues to help improve our services
  • Meeting sales objectives as defined by the company

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Bilingual Spanish/English language skills
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong listening and negotiating skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • 6 months of call center experience
  • 6 months of sales experience
  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home as a Customer Service Expert at arenaflex, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
  • ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
  • Proof of internet speed required
  • Clean and quiet workspace
