Job Summary

As a Customer Care Professional – Data Entry (Remote) at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional client experiences and supporting our business growth. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, developing key selling skills, and delivering outstanding client care in a fast-paced, organized environment. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from entrepreneurs and executives, understanding their needs, and suggesting the right arenaflex products and services.

• Provide elevated levels of product and service knowledge to communicate the features, benefits, and different components of arenaflex Private Business Services.
• Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, resolving complaints, and closing deals.
• Deliver exceptional client care by answering questions about accounts in a fast-paced, organized client care environment.
• Record important data as per established procedures and techniques.
• Comply with all Administrative and Compliance rules connected with adjusting and sales practices.

Essential Qualifications

* Customer Support Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer support, with a strong focus on building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, and effective written and verbal communication.

• Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a customer support and sales environment (2+ years).
• Multitasking: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the capability to perform multiple tasks and navigate electronic systems.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Training benefits available.

Preferred Qualifications

* Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the private business services industry and arenaflex products and services.
