Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to our customers
  • Delivering an exceptional support experience that exceeds customer expectations
  • Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers, including those with diverse backgrounds and needs
  • Providing a memorable and delightful experience that leaves a lasting impression
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to provide accurate and effective support

Location Requirements

* Must live in the United States

  • Applicants residing within a 50-mile radius of our local sites may only be considered for onsite job openings
  • Must reside in one (1) of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, West Virginia, or Wyoming

Qualifications

* Flexible to the needs of the business, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • 18 years of age

Equipment and Internet Requirements

* 1 Stand Alone Monitor (19 inch)

  • Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
  • Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
  • A Working Phone Line (Home Phone or Mobile)
  • Home office must be a noise/distraction-free environment
  • Desk and an ergonomic chair
