Requirements

We are looking for a Senior CRM Specialist that is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes over the next 6-12 months. Mission: Build & Operate world-class CRM system (in Hubspot) to enable the Customer Success Team to increase upsell rates & Sleek’s ARPU, globally. Outcomes:

  • Bring all relevant customer data into Hubspot which allows the Customer Success team to identify upsell opportunities. Launch in HK & SG within 3 months, fast followed by AU then UK, and iterate to improve
  • Design and implement trigger-based campaigns, nurture flows, and sales pipeline automations in HubSpot to achieve 100% tracking of upsell pitches
