Remote Embedded Systems Engineer – C/C++ IoT Integration

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize embedded software using C/C++ for IoT devices.

Integrate sensors, communication modules (BLE, Wi-Fi, Zigbee, LoRa), and other peripherals.

Work on microcontrollers such as ARM Cortex, STM32, ESP32, or equivalent.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, cloud engineers, and mobile developers.

Debug and troubleshoot hardware/software integration issues.

Participate in code reviews, documentation, and version control using Git.
- *
Ensure reliability, performance, and security of embedded applications.

Stay current with the latest trends in embedded systems and IoT development.
- Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related field.

Proficiency in C/C++ programming for embedded systems.
- *
Experience with RTOS, bare-metal programming, and firmware development.
- *
Hands-on experience with IoT protocols (MQTT, CoAP, HTTP/HTTPS).

Familiarity with communication interfaces like SPI, I2C, UART, CAN.

Strong understanding of circuit diagrams, schematics, and hardware debugging.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

3+ years of professional experience in embedded systems or IoT development.

Experience with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, GitHub, Jira) is a plus.
