Position Overview

As a Temporary Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and other communication channels. You'll be the face of our company, and your interactions with customers will be the key to building trust, loyalty, and long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

• Present solutions to customer issues, complaints, or concerns in a timely manner
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Routinely and accurately document customer interactions in our company database
• Other duties as assigned

Experience/Education/Skills

* Must have customer service experience in an office setting

• Basic computer proficiency required
• Welcoming personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be solutions-oriented and able to solve problems independently
• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Schedule/Pay

* Monday – Friday, 1st shift: 10:00am – 7:00pm

• Pay up to $16.18/hr
