Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to guests and travel agent partners via phone
- Handle customer inquiries related to cruising, destinations, ship amenities, and other pre-cruise related travel inquiries

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Essential Qualifications
