Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Evaluating and resolving complex customer service inquiries from clients across different platforms
  • Effectively using various computer systems to complete assigned tasks and address account inquiries
  • Developing and maintaining working knowledge of specific groups of arenaflex products and services
  • Analyzing and identifying potential risks and developing solutions that meet client needs
  • Completing assigned tasks in an accurate and efficient manner
  • Solving disputes and retaining clients, while minimizing operating loss, through adherence to established rules and regulations
  • Fulfilling client needs while providing an exceptional customer experience, measured by specific metrics
  • Appropriately assessing risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for arenaflex's reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-3 years' work experience in a related role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems
  • Demonstrated experience solving customer service inquiries
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent technical and data entry skills, including the utilization of a 10-key touchpad
  • Proven ability to navigate multiple systems and customer service platforms concurrently
  • High School diploma or equivalent
