Senior Associate Consultant, Trilogy (Remote) - $200,000/year USD

In this role, you will utilize AI tools to create and refine our school campus model, implement AI systems for daily operational oversight, and continuously improve long-term operational processes. You will also manage the buildout of new campuses, coordinating with contractors and ensuring compliance with regulations to achieve final occupancy certification on time and within budget. What You Will Be Doing

• Implement AI-driven systems for daily operations and long-term process improvement
• Develop and refine scalable franchise models using AI tools
• Oversee new campus buildouts from planning to final occupancy What You Won’t Be Doing

• Develop and implement an AI-driven operational framework to transform operational management through predictive analytics and real-time monitoring, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and consistency across all locations Basic Requirements
• Currently based in North America
• At least 5 years of experience in an operational role
• A proven track record of successfully implementing AI and automation technologies

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
