Master Data Management Analyst

About the Opportunity the Master Data Management Analyst will be responsible for operations and analysis of multi domain master data across different systems.

Responsibilities

Manage and support Master Data Management (MDM) processes and operations Design, document, and improve master data–related processes Ensure data governance, data quality, and compliance standards are met Identify, analyze, and resolve data quality issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels Support and maintain master data within ERP systems (Oracle Fusion preferred) Provide data analysis and insights to support business decisions Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in master data management Candidate Profile Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent Professional Experience 2+ years of overall professional experience 3+ years of experience in the functional area Areas of Experience Familiarity with Master Data concepts and frameworks Experience designing and documenting processes Providing Master Data Management (MDM) services and capabilities Process facilitation Data governance and data quality solutions Experience with Master Data Management technologies and ERP applications Strong attention to detail Familiarity with data concepts and data analysis Certifications & Technical Skills Proficiency level required: Basic / Intermediate / Advanced / Expert Microsoft Excel Microsoft PowerPoint Microsoft Visio MDM certification is a plus Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP Master Data Operations (strong advantage) Ability to collaborate and interact effectively with all levels of staff and management (internal and external) Experience identifying and resolving data quality issues Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement Excellent verbal and written business communication skills Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency preferred Compensation & Benefits The following information is provided in good faith as a general description of the salary range and benefits for the position posted. The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate is dependent upon experience, skills, education, work location, internal pay equity, and other objective job-related factors. Salary Range estimated for the Master Data Management Analyst role: $84,740.00/year to $108,470.00/year.
