As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in our organization, working closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. Your Role: Key Responsibilities

  • Meet company sales goals by promoting our products and services, and generating new business leads to drive growth and expansion
  • Customize financial solutions that meet clients' needs and financial goals, providing personalized support and guidance
  • Apply effective collection procedures and payment alternatives to minimize delinquency and credit losses, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer issues
  • Build strong relationships with clients, resolving customer grievances and providing exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement

General Requirements: Our Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a highly motivated and service-oriented individual with a strong passion for customer service and financial services. Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in retail, sales, or financial services, with a preference for experience in sales and collections
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing multiple calls per day, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Numeric data skills and accuracy with computer, with a minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
  • Self-motivated and a strong desire for professional growth, with a willingness to receive constant feedback and become an expert in credit business
  • High School diploma or College preferred, with a strong educational foundation and a commitment to ongoing learning and development

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Base hourly rate of $18.00 - $19.00, depending on location, education level, and experience
