Life as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through inbound calls, emails, and chats. You'll be responsible for:

  • Handling a high volume of customer inquiries with ease and professionalism
  • Personalizing the experience for each customer, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborating with colleagues and supervisors to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends
  • Working in a virtual environment, navigating multiple systems and screens, and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Adhering to arenaflex's computer system requirements and maintaining a high level of technical proficiency

Compensation and Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you can expect:

  • A competitive starting rate of $15.00 per hour
  • Automatic pay increases every 6 months for 2 years
  • A new Pay for Performance incentive program, paid out monthly to eligible team members

System Requirements

To ensure a seamless customer experience, our Work at Home Team Members must maintain the necessary system requirements. These include:

  • A self-provided computer or laptop running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years
  • A headset compatible with arenaflex specifications
  • A high-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted)
  • A Mac or Apple product, Chromebook, Surface, or notebook are not supported

Training Schedule

Your arenaflex career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up. After that, you'll begin orientation and training on Monday for six weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET. Training schedules and working schedules post-training will differ.
