Key Responsibilities
As a Mandarin Speaking Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our members and providers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner regarding benefits and eligibility
- Providing accurate information to resolve internal and external member and provider inquiries
- Thoroughly and completely documenting all customer interactions
- Educating customers and dental professionals on eligibility, benefits, claims payment, and authorizations
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken)
- 2+ years of experience in call center support or customer service
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
- 2+ years of experience in the dental insurance or benefits industry
