Key Responsibilities

As a Mandarin Speaking Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our members and providers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner regarding benefits and eligibility
  • Providing accurate information to resolve internal and external member and provider inquiries
  • Thoroughly and completely documenting all customer interactions
  • Educating customers and dental professionals on eligibility, benefits, claims payment, and authorizations
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken)
  • 2+ years of experience in call center support or customer service
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • 2+ years of experience in the dental insurance or benefits industry
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of dental insurance and benefits regulations
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
