Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews on various topics, including:

+ Child-related issues (individuals with children 18 years or younger) + Cell phone usage (Apple, Android, or Windows, prepaid or contract) + Entertainment (TV shows, movies, and video games) + Food preferences (fast food, casual dining, or upscale dining) + Sports (casual viewers and die-hard fans) + Electronics (device preferences and usage) + Pets (animal lovers needed, including dogs, cats, and other pets) + Automobiles (vehicle ownership, leasing, or payments)

  • Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
  • Participating by completing written and oral instructions
  • Completing written surveys provided for each panel
  • MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meeting date

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
  • Access to a reliable internet connection
  • A desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
  • The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
  • No prior experience is required, but you must be able to work independently

Compensation

You'll be compensated for your participation in the following ways:

  • $75-$150 per 1-hour session
  • $300-$750 for multi-session studies
