Key Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing friendly and personalized assistance to clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences across various touchpoints, including ticket counters, baggage claim areas, and online platforms.
  • Handling customer complaints and concerns in a patient and empathetic manner, using active listening skills to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Processing customer transactions, including ticket sales, baggage handling, and other related services, using arenaflex's modernized retail location framework.
  • Resolving customer issues related to reservations, cancellations, and other travel-related matters, using problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, using arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions and preferences.

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed as a Part-Time Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, hospitality, or business) preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, colleagues, and management in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions.
