Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to members and non-members across various touchpoints, including phone, email, webchat, and social media
- Handling queries and complaints from members and non-members in a professional and timely manner
- Promoting and providing advice on a wide range of products and services to meet the needs of our members
- Processing and escalating customer complaints to ensure a first-time resolution
- Supporting other members of your team to ensure a high-quality service to members
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Advisor, Contact Centre Agent, Call Centre Agent, Call Centre Advisor, or Customer Service Representative in a busy contact centre environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems, email, and webchat platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Experience working in a membership organisation or a similar industry

- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
