Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Developer – IAM Integration Specialist, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. You'll work closely with our global-class software and platform teams to deliver scalable, nimble solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within our IAM system
- Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in a business environment
- SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance of data
- Implementation of JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements
- Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding
- Strong exposure to basic identity control, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation
- Strong experience with exchange deployment/release management experience
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and SharePoint
What You'll Convey
* A strong passion for Identity and Access Management (IAM) integration and a desire to make a real impact in the retail industry
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or a related field at a tech, retail, or data-driven company
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
