The Role
As a Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for making live outbound calls to our clients' customers to gather feedback and insights that will help us improve their experiences. You'll also be responsible for answering inbound calls after our clients' end their day, providing support and assistance to customers who need it. This is a true 1099 role, which means you'll be responsible for handling your own taxes and liabilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Make live outbound calls to clients' customers to gather feedback and insights
* Answer inbound calls after clients' end their day, providing support and assistance to customers
* Use Microsoft Suite, including Excel, to track and analyze customer feedback and insights
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
* Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients' customers
Essential Qualifications
* 5+ years of customer service experience
* College degree
* Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Excel
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Experience with data analysis and reporting
* Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
