Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Reside in one of the following states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, IN, KS, MD, MI, MS, MO, NC, NV, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV
  • Minimum High school diploma, GED
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience in a transaction-based environment (call center, food service, hospitality, or retail) preferred, demonstrating the ability to be empathetic and compassionate
  • Attendance is key to success and necessary to meet objectives, requiring a high level of reliability and commitment
  • Clear a criminal background check and drug screen, ensuring a safe and secure working environment

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home with arenaflex, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:

  • Environment: Quiet, secure, and distraction-free for the duration of working hours, ensuring a productive and focused work environment
  • Landline Phone: Not required, allowing for flexibility and convenience
  • Internet: Wireless not permitted, ensuring a stable and secure connection
  • Internet Speeds: Minimum 10MBPS download/ 5 MBPS upload, supporting fast and efficient data transfer
  • Connection: Direct connection from modem to PC required, ensuring a reliable and stable connection
