Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services. You'll be responsible for managing patient data, processing prescriptions, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional patient care and support by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering guidance on medication usage, side effects, interactions, and contraindications.
- Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic information, medical history, and prescription details.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction, safety, and outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to promote a positive and supportive environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence in patient care.
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a pharmacist in the states within the region.
- Experience performing prescription filling and processing, records management, and legal compliance.
- Affirmed Immunizer or ability to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and processing, records management, and legal compliance.
- Proficiency in pharmacy software and technology systems, including electronic health records and prescription management systems.
