Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team, working from home in a second or third shift schedule. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing guidance and support to members on their benefits, plans, and services
  • Building strong relationships with members through active listening and empathy
  • Maintaining accurate records and tracking contacts with members, suppliers, and other departments
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions
  • Staying up-to-date on arenaflex's policies, procedures, and products to provide informed support

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or written correspondence

  • Provide guidance and support to members on their benefits, plans, and services
  • Build strong relationships with members through active listening and empathy
  • Maintain accurate records and tracking contacts with members, suppliers, and other departments
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's policies, procedures, and products to provide informed support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a production environment or similar setting

  • Familiarity with clinical terminology and medical procedures
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
