Job Summary

As a Workforce Management Specialist in Customer Support at arenaflex, you will be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends and patterns that affect customer service operations. You will leverage advanced workforce management tools and methodologies to develop strategies that improve performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and overall customer satisfaction scores. Your primary focus will be on optimizing workforce management processes to enhance customer satisfaction and employee performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze data to identify trends and patterns that affect customer service operations - Develop strategies to improve performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and overall customer satisfaction scores - Collaborate with various departments to forecast demand, manage scheduling, and monitor service levels - Conduct regular reviews of service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance and operational excellence - Prepare reports and presentations for upper management, providing insights into workforce performance and making recommendations for process improvements - Work closely with team leaders to ensure that staffing levels are appropriate and that agents are trained effectively to handle customer inquiries - Create a positive work culture that encourages teamwork and collaboration while driving high standards of customer service

Essential Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in workforce management, customer service, or a related field - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field - Experience with workforce management software and tools, such as Workforce Management (WFM) systems - Certification in workforce management or a related field - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
