Key Responsibilities As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Handling inbound and outbound calls, delivering exceptional customer service experiences consistently * Managing customer accounts and providing technical support * Entering application data and responding to online chat inquiries as assigned * Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies * Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues * Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates * Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines * Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications * Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism * Comfort working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace * Self-motivation and a success-driven attitude * A strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively Preferred Experience While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, particularly in the health insurance industry, is a plus. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as Spanish bilingual skills, are also highly valued.
