Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Online Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • First Point of Contact: You'll be the first point of contact for customers, answering their queries via phone, SMS, email, or chat. Eligibility Requirements

  • Education: A High School Diploma is mandatory to apply. However, higher education or a specialist diploma in customer care service will be a plus point.
