Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound calls and responding to member inquiries about medication coverage, pharmacy benefits, and mail-order prescriptions
  • Providing guidance and support to members to help them understand their healthcare plans and make informed decisions about their care
  • Resolving member complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve member satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of member interactions and issues

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as a call center, retail, or hospitality industry
  • PC proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
