Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing friendly and efficient service to our customers, handling customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with arenaflex. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Handle customer transactions, including ticket sales, baggage claims, and other travel-related services
  • Operate a cash register, handle cash, checks, credit cards, and other forms of payment
  • Process transactions, make change, and balance daily sales
  • Manage customer complaints and issues, resolving them in a fair and timely manner
  • Provide information and assistance to customers, including flight schedules, reservations, and other travel-related information
  • Complete forms and reports as required by the organization
  • Write incident and complaint reports as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to type or use a computer keyboard with speed and accuracy
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions, learn and understand tagging techniques, rules, and regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease
  • Ability to work under close time deadlines to achieve quick turnaround of flights
  • Ability to give a well-groomed appearance, adhering to the Ground Tasks Worker Handbook and Work Schedule
  • Ability to perform all job duties within a limited space
  • Ability to communicate verbally by phone, in person, and on public address systems effectively
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to communicate information and directions verbally or through radio equipment

* Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
