Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Care Specialist with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Staying up-to-date on product and service knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance

Key Qualifications:

* 6 months or more of customer service experience in a similar role

  • Reside within Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, North Carolina, or Tennessee
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong product or service knowledge and ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
  • Computer experience and proficiency in using various software applications
  • High-speed internet connection (> 40mbps)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using various software applications, including CRM software
