Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced full stack data entry specialist to join our remote team. As a data entry specialist, you'll be responsible for collecting and processing data from various sources, including our US and global organizations. You'll work closely with our team to ensure accurate and timely data entry, and you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our ERM and risk assessment processes.
Responsibilities
As a remote data entry specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Collecting and processing data from various sources, including our US and global organizations
- Creating and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Developing and implementing data entry processes and procedures
- Analyzing data to identify trends and insights, and providing recommendations for process improvements
- Collaborating with our team to ensure accurate and timely data entry
- Providing support for our ERM and risk assessment processes
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and risk assessment
Requirements
To be successful as a remote data entry specialist, you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Dataiku
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our team
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues
- Experience with risk assessment and ERM processes is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Dataiku
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles
- Experience with data security and compliance regulations
- Certification in data analysis or a related field
- Experience with agile project management methodologies
