Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through various media, including phone, email, and chat
- Finding solutions to individual problems and providing necessary information on new products and promotions
- Collaborating with your team to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced level of English and excellent written and spoken Italian
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Problem-solving skills to find creative solutions to complex issues
- Solid computer skills and proficiency in using various software applications
- Flexibility and a positive attitude to adapt to changing situations and priorities
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Knowledge of the Italian market and culture
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Certification in customer service or a related field
