Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, documentation, and file management.
  • Support customer service operations by responding to customer queries accurately and promptly.
  • Conduct internet research and prepare reports, summaries, and presentations.
  • Coordinate tasks with internal teams and provide administrative support for ongoing projects.
  • Monitor online platforms, update listings, and assist with basic e-commerce tasks as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of customer support systems and CRM tools is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated work-from-home environment.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or virtual assistance.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce or technology environments is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Freshers with strong skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
