What the Role Entails ● Strategic Leadership: Lead end-to-end paid media and brand awareness strategies for a diverse portfolio of gaming titles, overseeing everything from initial planning to reporting. ● Budget Management: Oversee annual UA budgets exceeding $5M+, ensuring all regional and global performance targets are met. ● Campaign Optimization: Manage and optimize campaigns by evaluating KPIs (LTV, ROI, CPI) on a network-by-network basis, adjusting partner mixes to maximize efficiency. ● Creative Innovation: Pioneer cross-functional creative production programs involving influencers, community teams, and esports to deliver high-performing assets. ● Partnership Management: Cultivate and optimize high-level relationships with major advertising channels and external agencies to streamline workflows. ● Reporting & Analysis: Develop detailed campaign post-mortems and performance reports for executive leadership, identifying areas for improvement and actionable insights. ● Team Mentorship: Supervise and mentor a team of specialists, contractors, or interns, directing regional creative production and social boosting efforts. Who We Look For ● Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Media Studies, Marketing, or a related field (Public Policy background is a plus). ● Experience: 10+ years of experience in User Acquisition, Growth Marketing, or Marketing Operations, specifically within the gaming or mobile app industry. ● Market Expertise: Proven track record of managing North American and global campaigns for high-profile PC and mobile titles. ● Microsoft Office, as well as project management software like JIRA and Confluence. ● Analytical Rigor: Strong ability to analyze web analytics and lead data to measure campaign impact and customer flow. ● Communication: Excellent reporting skills with the ability to present complex data to Board-level executives. ● Languages: Fluency in English is required; conversational proficiency in Mandarin or Japanese is a plus to coordinate with global HQs. Location State(s) US-California-Los Angeles The expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is $87,300.00 to $224,900.00 per year. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Employees hired for this position may be eligible for a sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Subject to the terms and conditions of the plans in effect, hired applicants are also eligible for medical, dental, vision, life and disability benefits, and participation in the Company’s 401(k) plan. The Employee is also eligible for up to 15 to 25 days of vacation per year (depending on the employee’s tenure), up to 13 days of holidays throughout the calendar year, and up to 10 days of paid sick leave per year. Your benefits may be adjusted to reflect your location, employment status, duration of employment with the company, and position level. Benefits may also be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
